Dr. Christian Golsner holds a PhD in Corporate Finance, a Master’s Degree in Banking and Finance from the University of St.Gallen, Switzerland as well as a law degree from the University of Heidelberg, Germany. After graduation, he worked for Goldman Sachs within the investment banking division in London, focusing on advising large-cap, multinational companies on Mergers, Acquisitions and Financing.

After Goldman Sachs, Dr. Golsner worked for Cevian Capital, one of the leading European active ownership hedge-funds where he helped in identifying and realizing value potential of publicly-listed companies. Dr. Golsner is currently advising professional investors on financial and strategic questions.
